BCS will conduct audits and surveillances for their customers by using established industry references, regulations, customer procedures and best practices. The audit and surveillances will be conducted in two parts. The first will be an audit of the customer’s records as they relate to the specific department.

•Do they meet the applicable standards and regulations
•Are they current
•Are they complete
•Are they efficient

The second part will be conducted by watching the day to day operations of the department or project in question and determining if they are using their processes and procedures as designed.

After completion of the audit and surveillances, BCS will deliver a complete report specifying key metrics that are not being adhered to and solutions going forward.
