Eric Strickland retired in 2009 from the United States Navy. Throughout his 20 year career as a Nuclear Chief Electrician and Diving Supervisor, he has persevered under extreme duress to achieve mission critical goals. He has been exposed to people from all walks of life and circumstance, managing to build teams and create organizational unity. Since retirement Eric has continued to build practical experience while advancing his education. He opened his own diving company, traveled the world as a subject matter expert and Director of Operations for a state of the art maritime security company, completed his Masters Degree in Business, obtained OSHA 5410 maritime instructor certification, authored two books and has completed all coursework for his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Lest we forget his commitment to his family, church and community. Eric has four grown children and is an active supporter of our veterans and the VA.

Erin has been instrumental in the startup and management of several businesses and realignments in her career.  Following in Beach Consulting Services commitment to safe practices, she continues to obtain advanced training in the Maritme, Construction and Health & Safety Fields.  She offers training in CPR, AED, First Aid, Emergency Oxygen Delivery, Bloodborne Pathogens and is an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer for Construction 10 & 30 hour courses.  She has also gained advanced training in Quality Management, ISO and Aerospace AS9120. Creating quality management systems and writing standard operating procedures are some strengths worth mentioning. Some of her past clients include American LaFrance, Vought Aircraft, Global Aeronautica, Boeing Charleston, Dupont- Kevlar and Caterpillar. Another facet of Erin’s life has been her love of animals. She has been training dogs since 1996 in obedience, schutzhund, tracking, and cadaver and has experience in training Crisis Response Dogs.
